Requirements
A PS5 or Xbox running NBA 2K — this is the console the game plays on
A Windows 10/11 PC to run the BLACKOUT app alongside it
Your console on the PC screen via PS Remote Play, Xbox app streaming, or a
capture card
Any modern controller (PlayStation, Xbox, or generic)

Not supported: NBA 2K on Steam or Epic (PC-native). That version has anticheat
and there is no configuration that makes BLACKOUT work with it.
